In Volo Service provides a B2B platform for private jet management companies and their authorised operators to request, manage, and track bespoke in-flight ground services in Spain. Services include in-flight catering, cabin cleaning, laundry, and custom special requests.

Access to the platform is by invitation or registration approval only. In Volo Service reserves the right to refuse or revoke access at its discretion.

3. Orders and Quotes

All service requests submitted through the platform constitute a request for service, not a confirmed order. Confirmation is subject to availability, operational feasibility, and, where applicable, acceptance of a formal quote. In Volo Service will endeavour to confirm or decline requests promptly.

Quoted prices are valid for the period stated on the quote. In Volo Service reserves the right to adjust pricing where operational costs change significantly prior to confirmation.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are provided with each confirmed order. In general, cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Any costs already incurred by In Volo Service in preparation for your order may be billed.

5. Payment

Invoices are issued through the platform and are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. In Volo Service reserves the right to suspend access to the platform for accounts with outstanding overdue balances.

6. Limitation of Liability

In Volo Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform or the delivery of services, including delays caused by third parties, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services delivered shall not exceed the value of the specific order to which the claim relates.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of In Volo Service or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
